Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc doesn't sell rooms — it sells access to a myth that's been running for over 150 years. A saltwater pool blasted straight into the rocks, private cabanas above open water, and a guest list that reads like a century of who's who. The entry-level rooms are handsome and a little quiet for the price. The sea-facing suites are why the legend exists. You're not really booking a bed here. You're booking a seat at the table.

Hôtel du Couvent doesn't want you to see Nice in three days — it wants you to live in it for a week.
